I know that it’s been way more than two weeks, but hey – it’s summer; I’m supposed to take some rest. Unfortunately, relax and Pimsleur course don’t go together. Once you take a break, your course is messed up. I’ve already started the course for the third time and today I reached lesson no.14. Just like I wrote in the previous post about the course – there are many repetiotions. Sometimes the speaker urges you to repeat the phrases from 10 lessons ago. But I think it’s good as I can revise them . Revision is always important, especially when you have just taken up a new foreign language.
As for now I’m satisfied with the lessons I’ve been through. I’ve been listening to Pimsleur’s tapes for about 7 hours and I can see the progress. I can build basic sentences quite fluently. It is almost the middle of level 1. We will see how it will go at the end of it.
